Big, calm screens. Two taps for the everyday, more detail when you want to understand.

Made for slow days, bloated days and the days in between. Quick when you are in a hurry, detailed when you want to understand.
Pick a Bristol type from 1 to 7, even several per sitting. Add colour, amount, urgency, straining, pain, blood, mucus, "felt unfinished", a note or a photo only if you want to.
A big, calm counter, a week strip and a month calendar with little Bristol icons. Days without and warning colours stand out gently.
Log "tried, nothing", water, fiber and laxatives. Tummi shows how long a laxative took to work and sends a soft reminder after a few days without.
Meals with FODMAP groups and common suspects, plus bloating, cramps, gas, nausea, heartburn and tiredness. Period, medication and a daily check-in for sleep, stress and mood.
Taken with Tummi's own camera and kept only inside the app, never in your Photos library. Locked with Face ID. Tummi suggests a colour right on your iPhone.
Comfort trend, Bristol mix, timing and longest gap. Tummi compares meals with how you felt 12 to 48 hours later, and honestly says so when there is too little data yet.
A clear PDF with your Bristol mix, frequency, symptoms and notes. Much easier than trying to remember the last six weeks in a short appointment.
Separate profiles for a child, a parent or someone you look after, each with their own diary.
CSV export, full backup and restore, automatic backup to your own iCloud and optional Apple Health. Import from PCal, Happy Poop and Bowelle. A discreet app icon if you like.
Your bowel diary is about as personal as data gets. So it lives on your iPhone, not on a server.
Everything you need to keep a diary is free, forever. Tummi Plus adds the tools that turn your entries into answers.
Forever, no time limit

No. Tummi is a diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It helps you notice patterns and talk to your doctor with real notes instead of guesses. If you see blood, black stools, very pale stools, or have strong pain, fever or sudden changes, please see a doctor.
On your iPhone. Tummi has no account and no server for your diary. It keeps daily snapshots on the device and an automatic backup in your own private iCloud, which only your Apple ID can access. If you turn on Apple Health, Tummi writes symptoms like constipation or bloating there.
Photos are taken with Tummi's own camera and stored only inside the app. They never appear in the Photos app, your camera roll or iCloud Photos, and they are never uploaded. They are locked with Face ID. The colour suggestion is calculated on your iPhone.
